Oh, this one is so tasty! It's got just a little bite on the end. I'm sure you could use any hot sauce, but we happened to have some Frank's on hand. I got this recipe from the Behind the Bar feature on Design Sponge. It was one among three on ginger syrup cocktails. Her recipe calls for cilantro and cracked pepper, but I forgot those in my excitement to get on our sunny roof deck and drink the thing. Oh, and there was queso waiting too.
